The holiday season is upon us. Thanksgiving is this Thursday and is followed by the biggest bargain shopping spree of the year - Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This year, however, let us focus on the important things.
Family is too often taken for granted in this world that is inundated in electronics. Devices and Social Media have their place, but set those aside for a while and see your family and friends. Let them know you love them and care about them.
While shopping, find the best deal in town. Just remember there are others who would like to shop as well. These bargains should provide a fun time for all shoppers, not a cutthroat race to the items and cashiers.
Finally, remember and thank those who make sacrifices so you can have the meals and bargains you want. Truck drivers and the transportation industry as a whole are often forgotten. If you bought it, someone brought it.
Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving.
