Owner Operator


We offer great opportunities to lease on your tractor and/or trailer. We would consider adding small fleets, as well. All owner operators are treated as independent contractors and not as employees. They are given 1099’s at the end of the year and many choose to set up separate legal entities, such as Corporation’s or LLC’s.

Tractor Requirements

  • 2007 or newer
  • Less than 500,000 miles
  • Truck Weight - 20,000 or less
  • Must be able to load 44,000 lbs
  • Must be current on your truck payments
  • Inspections of equipment will be required prior to signing of contract

Deductions / Reimbursements

  • $5000 Escrow Account required; $1000 due at the signing of the contract, $200 a settlement until paid, reimbursed and applied with 30-day written notice
  • TCH Fuel Cards w/ Discount
  • Semi-Monthly Settlements
  • Direct Deposit

Under “Our Authority”

  • 75% of the Gross Load
  • 100% of a very Aggressive Fuel Surcharge
  • We will need copies of your 2290, Bill of Sale and/or Title on equipment

Under “Own Authority”

  • 80% of the Gross Load
  • 100% of a very Aggressive Fuel Surcharge
  • We will need copies of your 2290, Title on equipment, Authority, and Cab Card (Registration)

Owner Operators who wish to bring on own trailers, add another 8%. Trailers must be 53′ Reefer Trailers with no more than 8000 reefer hours on the reefer unit.
