We hire within a 50 mile radius of these cities for solo drivers: Seattle, WA; Tri-Cities, WA; Ontario, OR; Portland, OR; Boise, ID; Twin Falls, ID; Idaho Falls, ID; Salt Lake City, UT; Lodi, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Albuquerque, NM; Las Vegas, NV; Cheyenne, WY;

• Excellent miles
• 95% no touch freight
• 70% refrigerated, 30% dry freight
• 2007 Freightliner, KW and Volvo Semi-Tractor’s with APU’s (Auxiliary Power Units)
• Trucks governed at 68 mph
• Qual Com Satellite Dispatch

Requirements:

• 25 years of age or older
• Must have valid CDL (class A) in state of residence
• At least 3 years of current Over-the-Road verifiable work history
• No students please
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, no more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months (including at-fault accidents).
• No preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling to a motor vehicle within three (3) years
• No serious traffic violations in the last 5 years:
  • Reckless / Careless Driving;
  • Excessive Speeding (15 mph over the posted limit);
  • Driving while license is suspended / revoked;
  • Improper or erratic lane change;
  • Following the vehicle ahead too closely;
  • Hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, or failure to report an accident;

Disqualifications:

• Felony, regardless of offense or time frame
• DUI, DWI, or alcohol related citation
• No Drug Charge of any kind
• Any verified positive drug and/or alcohol test related to employment
• At-fault accident w/ Fatality

We are looking for qualified company solos or teams; owner operators running under our authority or your own; or even those who are interested in a lease/purchase program.

If you are interested in leasing, we have a few options for you, but prefer that you come on as a company driver for a period of time to:

• Wait for the truck you are interested in (at time of hire you will get into an available truck that may not be the one you planned on leasing)
• Prove yourself to the company
• Get comfortable with operations
• Requires $3000 Deposit w/ a minimum of a 1 year lease contract
